Upon scanning your ticket at entry you will be provided with plastic chips which you can redeem for drinks from one of the bartenders. If you run out of chips just ask for more from one of our organizers. Pica Pica food will be served.

There will be door prizes and we will be selling raffle tickets for chances to win one of 12 great prizes with a combined retail value of 150,000 PESOS! The grand prize is a 2-night stay at Shangri-La Boracay! Tickets will be 100 PESOS each or 12 for 1,000 PESOS and you can buy them at any time until all prizes have been awarded. This is all to raise money for the cause so please bring your PESOS!

Event Description:
The Rotary Club of Bonifacio Global City Central presents a fund raising event for the benefit of Compassionate Hope – Village of Hope.
ABOUT ROTARY CLUB of BGC Central
The club has organized numerous community projects, including the BGC Greenway Project (a trail running behind Forbestown Road and Golf Course) that many of us enjoy strolling on; digital learning boards for underprivileged local schools; feeding programs; and helping out on the ground in the local Visayan town affected by typhoons and erosion, among others. Visit our Service Projects page. Our focal point project in RY 2022-2023 is the Philippine operations of Compassionate Hope.
Compassionate Hope is a global charitable organization providing hope and a future to victims and potential victims of human trafficking and religious persecution in Southeast Asia. In the Philippines, Compassionate Hope runs a Village of Hope, housing the rescued children and teaching them livelihood skills, including a farm lot to grow produce. Their first home for 12 children is complete and their second home for 16 girls is nearly finished. These homes are focused exclusively on children who were rescued from online sex trafficking. FUNDRAISING EVENT GOAL
The Rotary Club of BGC Central will be holding a social fundraising and awareness event to support Compassionate Hope in the evening of 26th September 2022, Monday. Tickets will be sold for attendance with drink tickets provided in return. The club will also hold raffles and prize draws throughout the evening. Join your Rotary Club of BGC Central for an evening of cocktails, networking and raising funds for hope at one of the latest hot spots in Metropolitan Manila. The Spirits Library is the destination lounge / bar crafting bespoke drinks, unique cocktails and a selection of rare spirits. We hope to raise PHP250,000 (about USD5,000) through this event.
USE OF FUNDS
Funds raised will be used to help Compassionate Hope build a 3-4 stall type open structure at their Village of Hope. One stall will be used for Compassionate Hope to sell farm grown produce and pastries hand crafted by the children, which helps the rescued learn basic skills and blend into the community once again. The remaining stalls may be rented out to support month-to-month living expenses of the Village of Hope. In turn, the organization will be able to continue their mission of rescuing more children and build further homes/villages to accept more residents.
YOUR CALL TO ACTION
We are seeking for a few things from friends, associates and our community:
- Attend the event and bring a few friends. It’s for a good cause and an opportunity to give back to the community in a way that helps recipients of aid become self sufficient.
- Help obtain donations from local companies for prize draws at the event on September 26.
- Join our growing Rotary Club of BGC Central where we meet at L’Entrecote twice monthly and partake in our community outreach as well as social events of the Club.
